1. Notify the office in advance that you have a dog or cat.. and pay the required Pet Fee. The Pet Fee is based on the animal’s weight.

• Small Animals 35lbs. and below: One time Pet Fee $350.00 per animal
• Medium Animals 36lbs. to 49lbs: One time Pet Fee $450.00 per animal
• Large Animals 50lbs. and over: One time Pet Fee $1,050.00 per animal
• Monthly Pet Rent: $25.00 monthly per animal

2. Provide the Leasing Office with the pet’s current vaccination records and a picture of the animal.

The animal must be registered on the Pet Addendum as part of the lease agreement

We are a Poo Prints property, so you agree to have your dog DNA tested at move in.
